I had a nice one-night stay where the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing before my early flight, and the comfy bed made all the difference. The dinner in the restaurant was tasty and added to the overall pleasant experience. the wi-fi in the room could use some improvement as the signal was weak.

We had a delightful family stay at Holiday Inn Luton South, M1, Junction 9, An Ihg Hotel. The pool was warm and perfect for our kids, while the clean and spacious family room made evenings comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Nice stay, just a few hiccups

The breakfast was delish! Had some nice options to choose from. My friends and I found the twin room pretty cramped though. The sauna and jacuzzi were both out of service, which was a bummer. the lift was acting up. Still, we managed to enjoy our time.
